Chef Blair Tiller
 

   Born in Virginia, Blair spent her summers in Louisiana learning how to cook from both of her Grandmothers. It was these formative years that helped shape and mold what would become Blair’s seasonally savvy style.

   After graduating high school, Blair attended community college until realizing cooking was her true passion. She then moved to New York City, enrolling in The Culinary Academy of New York. Blair lived in New York for 5 years working in the top New York restaurants: Tribeca Grill, North End Grill, and the Michelin Starred Restaurant, Betony.

   In 2014, Blair and her husband Ryan moved to Louisiana and she began working for James Beard Award Winning Chef, Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery and Balise. Blair later moved on to work for James Beard Award Winner Chef Nina Compton of Compere Lapin as her Sous and Pastry Chef.

   In 2018, Blair started her own business: Seasonally Savvy Kitchen. With a focus on seasonal ingredients utilized in a soulful way, she curates events to her clients' wishes. Blair offers services from small to large events, cooking classes, private chef,  and cakes and sweet treats.  To see more of Blair’s seasonally savvy creations, you can follow her on Facebook and Instagram.
